Meaning of some terms<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.1. Capitalized terms used below, unless the context indicates otherwise, have the meaning provided in the STELLA AZZURA TRANS SRL Terms and Conditions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Completing the Return Policy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.1. Following the purchase of the Products marketed by the Company, through the Website, a Distance Contract is concluded between you and the Company. The content of this Distance Contract is provided by the Terms and Conditions of STELLA AZZURA TRANS SRL. together with the legal provisions that apply in addition to the GDPR Policies and this Return Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.2. The return policy further provides the conditions under which you can benefit from the right to return the Products, and the amounts paid at the time of purchase will be refunded to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Chapter II \u2013 The right to withdraw from the contract (the right to return the Products) granted to the Consumers<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. (3) and to art. 14<\/em>&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Chapter III&nbsp;<\/strong>\u2013&nbsp;<strong>Absence\/Termination\/Loss of the right of withdrawal from the Distance Contract (the right of return)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. In accordance with the legal provisions, you do not benefit from the right of withdrawal from the Distance Contract (the right to return the Products) in the cases provided for in art. 16 of GEO no. 34\/2014, especially in the following situations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a) Products must be returned, as far as possible, in their original packaging and with the original tags intact.<br>b) The products you wish to return must be in the same condition as you received them, without signs of wear or excessive use, scratches, bumps or other mechanical or electrical damage.<br>c) If the packaging has been damaged during the handling process, please notify us before making the return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Be sure to keep the original warranty certificates (if issued by the manufacturer\/distributor) as well as all documents and accessories that came with the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Products that have been tampered with or that are missing accessories are not accepted.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Chapter IV \u2013 How can I return the ordered products without defects?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Packaging and condition of the products:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a) Products must be returned, as far as possible, in their original packaging and with the original tags intact.<br>b) The products you wish to return must be in the same condition as you received them, without signs of wear or excessive use, scratches, bumps or other mechanical or electrical damage.<br>c) Be sure to keep the original warranty certificates (if issued by the manufacturer\/distributor) as well as all documents and accessories with which the product was delivered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. Returning bulky products:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a) Products originally delivered on a pallet must be stored on the pallet, properly secured for safety during transport and handed over to the kerb\/curb to the truck driver as delivered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. Refund of the value of the products:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a) The value of the returned products will be refunded using the same payment method used in the initial transaction.<br>b) The exception is cash payments made in the store, in which case the value of the returned products will be transferred to a bank account. You will need to provide your bank details for this procedure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9. In order to return the money, you may be asked to provide the necessary data for this purpose (IBAN account, bank, swift code, account holder, other information). If you do not provide the requested data, we will be unable to return your money.<br>These guarantees relate to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">14.1. Replacement of Products that show non-conformities and cannot be used for the purpose for which they were purchased. Please keep the Products originally received and present them to the Company representative. Otherwise, the Company will not be able to replace them. At the same time, you should bear in mind that you can only request the replacement of non-compliant Products on the day you received the Products, until the last hour of the delivery schedule. If the request is not made on the same day as the day of delivery, the Company can no longer proceed with the replacement of the Products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">14.
